I was so excited to see my favorite MAC lipsticks are sold here. Ruby Woo and Russian Red. My Husband likes the Neutrogena body wash - Ocean Mist. The store has a good selection of UGGs. I like the clearance section. Love this store!
Was very excited to go into Nordstrom Rack didn’t realize they have them in Louisville but sadly it wasn’t an experience I want to experience again. There was what I thought a gentleman (store associate) with very well groom appearance sitting in the floor sorting through wallets and purses. He saw me looking through the purses at length. He never mention that he had Kate Spade change purses he just put out for $30. Immediately I felt overlooked and not considered to be worthy of the same information he offer freely to the 2 ladies that walked up well after 15 min of me looking at the purses around him. Not a good feeling at all😔I just quietly left. I was excited… took pictures as I pulled up to tell my friends they have one in Louisville as I am use to in an Atlanta. Nice items, geographically not as trendy as Atlanta in items, but I saw a purse I loved! But I’ll go back home where the ppl are friendly and save my energy for those that think well of all of their customers.
Organized. Variety of brands. Big store so doesn't feel crowded. Interesting selections and sale rack.
It's not well maintained. The clothes were everywhere without being properly segregated !!!!
The whole store smells like urine. I don't know why, but it is not cool.

My wife is obsessed with Nordstrom Rack. They have a large variety of great high end designer clothing and shoes at great price points. The staff was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.
Never seen so many ugly clothes ! Everything was great if your 90 or older ! What happened ? Use to have great clothes !

Other Nordstrom Racks I have been to have deep discounts, I did buy a couple of items but they weren't any better price than anywhere else. If you are expecting a "true" Rack, you'll be disappointed.
